Experience Hope and Healing

Welcome to The Way of Rockport Indiana, Inc.

Empowering Change

The Way of Rockport assists individuals struggling with substance use by addressing personal vulnerabilities through faith in Jesus Christ, empowering them to rebuild their lives and achieve self-sufficiency.

The Way Home for Men

The first and longest-running faith-based transitional rehabilitation recovery men's home opened its doors for a 3,000 sq. ft., 15-bed facility in Rockport on July 15, 2010. This program empowers men to become survivors by helping them grow beyond their vulnerabilities, rebuild their lives, and achieve self-sufficiency.

To apply, fill out the Contact Us email form, and the application will be emailed to you. The application process is only handled by the Executive Director.  A determination of approval has to be completed before a confirmation will be made.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita visits The Way Home in April 2026

"It was great to tour The Way in Rockport, Indiana, and see firsthand how opioid settlement funds are being used to help those struggling with substance use. This 15-bed facility is full and providing real recovery every single day — just one powerful example of the progress we’re seeing across Indiana.

Our office has secured over $1.1 billion in opioid settlements for Hoosiers and is proud to help support these vital recovery efforts statewide.

Thank you, Brett Cieslack and Jonathan Emerson, for the invite and entire staff for the incredible work they're doing for their community." Todd Rokita
